Our recently renovated and modernized old viennese house is located in close vicinity to the center of Vienna in a quiet side-street in the 3rd district, that is known for its high living quality. The large gardens surrounding our house enhance that feeling even more.

Transportation Links
Due to an underground-station of the Vienna-Transportation System located 50 meters away (line U3, station Rochusgasse, exit Hainburger Straße) you can reach almost every point of interest (business as well as entertainment and tourism) within minutes. The Vienna International Airport "Wien Schwechat" can be reached by car (within 20 minutes). A comfortable shuttle-train for a pleasant, traffic-jam-free transportation within about 16 minutes to and from the city-center is available: City Airport Train (CAT)
This train's station in Vienna is located at the "City Air Terminal" in "Wien Mitte", which from our location can be reached within 3 minutes by underground (line U3).

In case you arrive by train you can easily reach us via direct connection through the Vienna Underground (Line U3) From Westbahnhof.

In case you arrive by car you can leave your car at the U3 Erdberg Park + Ride (Parking Facility) (Route) that costs 3,00 EUR a day or 14,80 EUR a week.
